The DelRio/Fort Clark Chapter (est: 8 March 1991)of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) is also an affiliate of the Texas Council of Chapters (TCC). (1) Our membership is open to all active duty, reserve, retired or former commissioned and warrant officers of the seven uniformed services. In order of entry into service to our federal system, they are: Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Public Health Service, Air Force, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.* In addition (2), spouses of active, retired or deceased officers may also join. (3) Widows and widowers of deceased individuals who would, if living, be eligible for membership, may join as Auxiliary members.You are welcome to join us, if a criteria of membership applys to you.
